Supacolor was created with the mission to make high-quality heat transfers so fast and easy that anyone with a heat press can become a professional printer. We make it Supafast and Supaeasy by streamlining every step of the process – from pricing and placing your orders, to receiving your transfers and pressing them on almost any fabric. But that’s only part of it.

Supacolor combines the quality of traditional silkscreen techniques with the flexibility and convenience of digital printing to allow anyone with a heat press to customize textiles with premium-quality printing. With the exception of our SupaDTF heat transfers, all of our heat transfers include a screen printed base layer of white ink for extra vibrance and durability.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday ship within 1-2 days. Larger volumes will take longer. Please contact us for an estimate.
Supacolor’s Wearable, Blocker and Soft Shell Blocker transfers have been lab-tested for durability and are certified to last 80+ washes without cracking or fading. View wash test results here. Our SupaDTF transfers are proven to last 40+ washes - that’s a few years for most people.
Yes, Supacolor uses water-based inks without harsh or toxic chemicals. All of our heat transfers are certified Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX, the gold-standard in health and safety for fabrics.
Artwork Questions
Yes, we have a comprehensive template page that will help you work out what size you need, and then you can download a template for that size. Using our templates ensures that you provide Supacolor with the best possible file so your transfers will turn out awesome.
Most of our heat transfers are available as small as 1.5 x 1.5” all the way up to up to 16.5×11.7 inches. SupaDTF transfers can be ordered by the foot up to 15 feet long and 22 inches wide, so you can create jumbo sized prints. Just find the right size category that’s right for you.

Supacolor’s default print process is CMYK (actually, we run a six-color process that gives Supacolor transfers more range in the color spectrum). With the exception of SupaDTF, we have the ability to Pantone (PMS) color match. All you need to do is indicate the colors in your order. We don't print RGB files. If artwork is supplied in RGB, we convert it to CMYK.
Follow our art specifications as best as you can. If you are still not sure, submit your order to us anyways. We will review your order and notify you if there are any issues. Supacolor will work with you to make sure that we help you print the best transfers possible.
No, Supacolor does not provide art proofs as a part of the ordering process. Our goal is to produce your heat transfers as quickly as possible. Our process is very accurate. As long as you upload great artwork, we’ll make great transfers.

Supacolor is priced based on transfer type, size and quantity.
- Step 1: Choose the transfer that works best for your project.
- Step 2: Select the best size for your design or designs. You can choose single image (one design, pre-cut sheets) or Supagang (for multiple or large designs)
- Step 3: Cross reference the size category and the desired quantity to find your price.
Just create a free account - every new Supacolor account is sent a Sample Kit along with a guide containing transfer pricing and other details. You can also view pricing by logging into your account and clicking on “Pricing” in the “Dashboard Home”. Need to open an account? Click Get Started.
No, we’ve removed the complexity of ordering heat transfers: no tricky calculations, hidden fees or rush charges. Shipping is not included in the price of the transfers and is added in the checkout process.
You will need to know what fabric you will be printing on to determine which Supacolor transfer you should order.
For SupaDTF transfers, there is no minimum order required - you can order as few as one. For all of our other products, the minimum order quantity is 10. You cannot split this minimum between sizes or transfers. For example, if you want to print the same design on a Wearable and a Blocker, you’ll need to order at least 10 Wearables and 10 Blockers.
No, we don’t charge by the color. The price is the same whether you print one color or a million.
Supacolor charges your credit card when your order is ready to ship. Delaying the payment until then helps minimize the need for refunds or additional payments that may occur if you want to change your order. You can update the credit card number or expiration date from your account before your order ships. Should your card be declined, we will email you a link to make payment before your order is shipped.
We’ll make it right. Please inspect your order when it arrives. If there is a problem, notify us immediately by emailing us at orders@Supacolor.com Provide us with your job number and details about the problem, and we’ll fix it, even if it means reprinting your heat transfers for no extra cost. You can buy Supacolor with confidence.
Shipping Questions
Supacolor’s standard domestic shipping option is FedEx 2 Day Air for a flat rate of $15.00 for most orders. If you need your order delivered faster, then we can ship Next Day Air. Pricing for expedited shipping varies and a quote can be provided once your order is ready to ship. Larger orders may incur additional freight charges. If you are local to our facilities, you may also collect your order from Will Call. For quotes or international shipping rates please contact us.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Supacolor has factories in North America, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. If you live outside these regions, please contact us before placing your order and we will work out the best facility to service you.
Pressing Questions
With the exception of our SupaReflective transfers, Supacolor transfers are designed to peel immediately while hot from pressing (this is known as a hot peel). We recommend you peel fast and smooth with confidence. For SupaReflective transfers, you should wait for the transfer to cool before peeling (known as a cold peel).
Supacolor is a professional-grade heat transfer that can work with both an air operated heat press or a manual heat press.
Important: Supacolor is NOT designed to be pressed with a domestic iron or pressed without adequate pressure settings, such as the Cricut Easy Press.
Not all heat presses are created equal! If you are using a Manual Press and are having issues they may be due to insufficient pressure. Pressure should be firm to very firm pressure. The trick is to find the firmest pressure without the possibility of damaging the fabric. Each press is unique!
Test with our sample kit (or extras that come with regular orders) to find your sweet spot.

Much less frequent are problems related to heat or timing.

SupaDTF Questions
There will be a slight color difference between SupaDTF and other transfers because they’re made using different printing processes. However, unless your garments need to match exactly because they’ll be seen side by side, this shouldn’t be cause for concern.
You can use SupaDTF on just about anything made of cotton or a cotton blend. However, it is not designed for sublimated fabrics that bleed, including patterned and sublimated polyester. If you’re not sure, use our Blocker transfer (or Softshell Blocker if you’re printing on softshell fabric) which are specifically designed to block dye migration.
Yes, but only if you’re printing where the design won’t go over seams (e.g. on a five panel cap). If you want to print over seams, use our Headwear transfers. These are designed specifically for that, and will print beautifully over seams and even mesh without cracking.
No, we don’t charge any extra fees except shipping, which is calculated before checkout.

You bet. Like all of our transfers, it is made from water-based inks, not plastic-based, and is OEKO-Tex certified, so you know it’s not harmful to you or the planet.
It’s designed to last 40+ washes before it begins to fade or crack. For most people, that’s a few years. If you need something even more durable, our other transfers are proven to last 80+ washes.
